I just had a conversation with my cousins about books & how some people just love nothing more then to stay home with a book & snuggle in.
Well, I've made it a goal this winter.
I am done with photography sessions for the season, & with the cold weather coming in & it getting dark early, I just want nothing more then to get in my reading place with a comfy blanket & tell the world to go away for awhile.
& I want others to join me...
So I'm just creating this fun way to bring book readers together.
I'm kinda doing this selfishly so I can find some other great books to read.
How is this going to work?
Well, I'm going to put a post up the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
So today is just the intro
& then the other posts will be:
December 9th
January 13th
February 10th
March 10th for the final wrap up
... that's for all you bloggers that are awesome at planning out your blogs... I still am jealous of how some of you do that.
I'll do a link up on those days so you can do a post on what books you have read.
There are no rules. No certain books you HAVE to read - just whatever makes you happy & just a quick thought on the book. Let us all know if it's good, what you thought about it, if it's worth reading.
& the cool thing? I'm going to do a GIVEAWAY with this... YEEHHAAWW!!!
I'm going to gather up a package that I'll announce with the next post, but it will surely involve a gift card (would you want Target or Amazon? ...I'm all about buying books at Target with that extra 5% off...) & some other little goodies, possibly including a knitted project from me...
